Eastside Cities

Most of my listings and activity are on the east side of Lake Washington, usually just referred to as "The Eastside." Seattle lies to the west of the lake, along Puget Sound. Both Seattle and the majority of the east side are in King County, in the great state of Washington.

Bellevue

Bellevue is the largest city on the Eastside and the fifth largest city in Washington State flanked between Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish. This ever growing city has become and international melting pot and is known for some of the best schools in the state, world renowned employers, exciting shopping and a diverse restaurant scene.

Sammamish

Sammamish is a community of families. A blend of small-town atmosphere with a suburban character, the city also enjoys a unique core of urban lifestyles and conveniences. It is characterized by quality neighborhoods, vibrant natural features and outstanding recreational opportunities.

Woodinville

Woodinville is known for their beautiful river valley, their small town vibe, and their growing community of celebrated wineries, craft breweries, cideries, and distilleries.

Kirkland

Kirkland is a vibrant waterfront destination with an unparalleled blend of outdoor recreation, art, dining and boutique shopping.

Redmond

From serene and meandering bike paths to competitive cycling events; from lively outdoor concerts to diverse family activities; from an upscale outdoor shopping center to local boutique stores, Redmond is an unforgettable experience.

Mercer Island

Named for pioneer Thomas Mercer, this island community rests within Lake Washington just across the bridge from Seattle. Galleries, a performing arts center, boat launches, tennis courts and more await.

Issaquah

Step into a community steeped in small town charm, unmatched beauty, amazing recreation and world-class amenities; a community nestled at the base of the majestic Cascade Mountain range yet mere minutes to the bustling hubs of Seattle and Bellevue.
