Brian and Sarah Anderson

Brian and Sarah Anderson

In the real estate business, it’s not uncommon to hear people say they want to live on the water. But when Brian and Sarah Anderson needed to sell their home while they sailed around the world, well, it was a bit unusual. Undaunted, Rick Franz sold their home quickly for more than their asking price, all while the family was still on the high seas. And if you happen to run into the Andersons in some exotic port of call, we’re pretty sure they’ll say the entire process was smooth sailing.

Bellevue

Founded in 1869 by William Meydenbauer and incorporated as a city in 1953, Bellevue spans 31 square miles including 6.5 miles of shoreline along Lake Washington. Bellevues population is more than 117,000 and is projected to continue its upward growth trend. Bellevue is the largest city on the Eastside, the second largest in King County, and the fifth largest city in Washington state.

Bellevue has an abundance of shopping, such as Bellevue Square, home to Nordstrom's, Crate and Barrel and Eddie Bauer, to name but a few. Across the street from Bellevue Square, you can enjoy the brand new Bellevue Arts Museum.

Also in Bellevue, you will find Bellevue Community College, which recently celebrated it's 35TH anniversary.
