Find The Right Property

Negotiating


There are a myriad of negotiating factors, including but not limited to price, financing, terms, dates, inclusions/exclusions. Rick teaches negotiation in Washington State and will be your best advocate.


Due Diligence


With a negotiated agreement in hand, time to complete the evaluation of the property. Inspections, homeowner association review, preliminary title review, information verification, etc. We can help you resolve issues that might cause problems at a later date.


Financing


As soon as you are sure the property is right for you, the process of completing the financing continues.


Closing


The escrow process typically takes 30 days from offer to close which passes ownership of the property from the seller to the purchaser. Rick and his team will be with you every step of the way to ensure a smooth process.
